Assists the Senior Program Manager ensuring Contractor team successfully performs contractually required administrative support tasks. Manages the IB Chief and Deputy Chief’s personal calendars; coordinates documents for signature, filing and archiving. Screens, answers, and takes messages for phone calls and supports administrative travel needs for personnel. Provides advice on workflow and operational procedures to increase efficiency, productivity and makes overall improvements to the program. Drafts and edits memorandums and other documents as needed by personnel.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 6 to 10 years of related experience in project or program management. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
